Castillo de Arena South

IMG_2175Castillo de Arena South is the 3rd phase of Castillo de Arena. The lots in Castillo de Arena South average 1,000 square meters (1/4 acre) and are serviced with water. They are located to the south of Castillo de Arena and are on the East side of the coastal road. The new coastal highway which is scheduled for the future will be 3 kilometers (2 miles) inland. All lots have an ocean view and vary from flat to sloping terrain. The CCR’s of the development are in place and registered to protect the lot and construction values and site lines. The development has passed rigorous ecological studies and is approved for development and house construction by Semarnap and Profepa the Mexican Federal Ecological Agencies. All lots have been assigned property tax numbers and are ready for immediate transfer to the new owner.

The area around Castillo de Arena is predominately ranch land with miles of undisturbed and pristine white sandy beaches. The beaches vary from good surf spots to safe swimming beaches. Cabo Pulmo National marine Park start 4 kilometers north. Access to the beach is on designated roads or down arroyos (dry river beds) which are public land. All beaches in Mexico are public and open for use by everyone.

In the future there will be resort developments and golf courses in the area and some planning for these developments is ongoing. There is no schedule for the start of these projects to date, however current plans call for low density, high value projects.
